Servant Leadership
We are in the insurance industry to serve the community, the insurance industry and our employees. We would like the insuring public to change their view of insurance so that they do not have the perception that they are being cheated all the time, but instead look upon us with trust, and consider us to be their partners in risk management. With our employees, we strive to create an environment for them to succeed, by providing them with a satisfying task environment whilst creating challenging task content.

Awesome Service
We have done a thorough study of the market from both the client’s and the Insurance Broker’s perspective and have come up with a business model for insurance in which we will offer our clients a new and convenient way to be served in Zimbabwe. This convenience will include doing things for our clients that they have never experienced as we carefully listen to them, understand their problems and develop comprehensive insurance solutions for their risks. We are fully aware of the fact that if our clients are excited about our service, they will become our greatest marketing channel.


Innovation
We know that we are part of a market that operates in the safety of convenient cartels with minimum rates and market agreements, but we also recognise that the environment in which insurers operate is constantly changing. We will, therefore, constantly look for ways, considering the changing environment and the changes in consumers’ insurance needs, to design new products and consistently transform the way insurance service is delivered, challenging the status quo and showing that we are not afraid of change and not afraid to take risks. We will challenge the existing out-dated mindsets in the market, based on the idea that “there’s nothing that cannot be done”, and when we do it, we will do it differently.

Staff Empowerment
We believe that the achievements of each individual we employ must be recognised at every level in the company and that these are rewarded accordingly. Performance related incentives are key to staff empowerment, and we will continually set and review performance standards at every level as we strive for excellence. This way, we achieve success collectively.

Honesty, Integrity and Dedication
This set of values describes the way we conduct ourselves in the marketplace. We believe that in every case we come across that the premium charged should accurately fit the risk, and the method used will recognise all the good and adverse factors that affect a particular risk, and not just the experience of certain Insurers.

Information Technology Advancement
Our business model relies heavily on computer technology and we recognise that the success of the Insurance Brokers in the future will depend on the extent to which individual firms have created/achieved a paperless environment by automating previously manual operational systems.

Premium Payment

Because of currency problems, your insurance contract is on a strictly “cash-before-cover” basis. However, if you are interested in paying your premiums over a period, our staff can arrange for you to pay monthly (over 12 months) quarterly or half-yearly.
