We recognise the need for us to conduct our affairs in accordance with internationally accepted corporate practice and will, therefore, abide by the Insurance Council of Zimbabwe’s “Code Of Conduct”. Specifically, we shall: -

  • Comply with all legislation relating to the Insurance Industry.
  • At all times conduct business with the public, regulatory authorities and with other members of the insurance market with the utmost good faith and integrity.
  • Refrain from behaviour, which would bring the insurance industry into disrepute.
  • Undertake not to issue statements or advertisements, which make false, misleading and/or extravagant claims.
  • Respect the confidentiality of information supplied by clients.
  • Ensure that the extent of the cover provided is clear and unambiguous.
  • Ensure that claim settlements are made without delay.
  • Strive continuously to provide an efficient service to our clients, whose interests will be regarded as paramount, paying particular regard to effective administration, management and the maintenance of accurate records and statistics.
  • Offer advice and services only in areas where we are proficient to render such advice and service.

Because of currency problems, your insurance contract is on a strictly “cash-before-cover” basis. However, if you are interested in paying your premiums over a period, our staff can arrange for you to pay monthly (over 12 months) quarterly or half-yearly.
